2 T salt

1 T Cracked pepper

2 lbs Spaghetti Squash

½ Pound Benton's Bacon fine chopped

2 T Minced garlic

12 oz Heavy Cream

2 Each Egg Yolks

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

½ Cup Chopped Green onions


Cut squash in half length wise and season with salt and pepper. Roast squash in oven at 350 F for 1 hour until fork tender. Cool reserve and flake with fork. Render bacon and add along with remaining ingredients. Simmer and add spaghetti squash.
