Preheat to 350 degrees. Use a 9 x 13 baking dish, greased.
15-20 biscuits or bread, about 6 cups
1 cup raisins or fruit
3 cups milk
6 eggs beaten
1 and 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
4 TBS butter, melted
Tear bread into pieces in large mixing bowl. Heat milk till sugar dissolves; pour over bread. Add cinnamon, vanilla, beaten eggs and fruit; stir in. Pour into baking dish. Pour butter over top. Bake at 350 for 35 - 45 minutes. After baking mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 3 TBS milk to make glaze. Pour over top; serve warm or cold. Great for breakfast!
