Deep dish pie crust, unbaked

1 egg

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. salt. 1 (15 oz. ) can pumpkin

1 can sweetened condensed milk (fat free or regular ok)

Crack 1 egg in bowl; add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir. Add 1 can pumpkin and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir well. Pour into deep dish pie crust. Put crust cover on --if using--and bake at 375 for about an hour. Its easy!!
