1 cup chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz. tub whipped topping
Line and spray baking dish. Line pan with whole graham crackers.
On stove top bring to a heavy boil, till frothy, the butter and brown sugar, about 2 minutes Pour over graham crackers Spread to cover.
For cheesecake, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together, then add whipped cream. Mix together and spread over Caramel. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Optional-- add chopped nuts.
