5 lbs. Red Potatoes

2 cups Mayo

1 cup Sour Cream

1 cup Diced Red Onion

1 cup Diced Celery

6 Boiled Eggs, diced

1/2 cup Relish

Salt and Pepper to taste

Wash and cut potatoes into irregular chunks. Boil potatoes until the largest chunks are fork tender. While the potatoes are cooking, mix all other ingredients except salt and pepper in a bowl large enough to hold the potatoes. When the potatoes are done, drain thoroughly and combine. The potatoes should go in still piping hot. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
