Lisa Smith with Big Fatty's shows us how to make Greek-style chicken.



  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. diced onion
  • 2 cloves of diced fresh garlic
  • Granulated garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 can petite diced tomatoes


Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. Sautee the chicken over medium heat in oil. Cook 3 minutes on one side and then turn onto other side. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Add oregano and feta cheese. Toss in pan and serve.
