Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 lbs block Velveeta cheese

2 cup olive oil

1.5 TBS minced garlic

2 cups parmesean cheese

1TBSblack pepper

2tsp cayenne pepper

3 cans artichoke hearts

2 -10 oz bags frozen creamed spinach
