Start with fresh ground chicken breast, lightly seasoned with salt & pepper. Form into patties and cook or grill until an internal temp of 165 degrees is reached. Proceed with toppings, and enjoy!

California Chicken Burger: Top with smoked gouda cheese, fresh guacamole and cucumbers.

Pesto Chicken Burger: Top with pesto and mozzarella cheese.

Fajita Chicken Burger: Top with sauteed green peppers, onions, and cheddar. Serve with salsa & sour cream.

Serve each burger on a bun with additional condiments, as desired.
