An area high school is under fire after the American Civil Liberties Union says it's violating the first amendment.

The ACLU says Thomas Walker High School in Lee County, Virginia forces its students to learn "Till We Meet Again at Jesus' Feet".

School leadership says the song is a school tradition and that students have been singing the song at graduation ever since 1941.

Now, signs are popping up all over the county supporting the school.
