(WBIR) A man, who was bitten by a snake in a Great Smoky Mountains National Park restroom, is out of the hospital.

Rangers said a venomous snake bit the man at about 10 p.m. Saturday in a Cades Cove restroom. A helicopter flew the man to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, according to a park spokesperson.

Rangers said they don't know what type of snake bit the man, but based on the swelling, they do believe it was Venomous
