Herman Gettelfinger Bass Tournament

The Herman Gettelfinger Bass Tournament is Saturday April 6 at the Tellico Canal Ramp on Fort Loudoun Lake.

The tournament benefits the Helen Ross McNabb Center.

The Helen Ross McNabb Center provides mental health care, addiction treatment, and community-based social services to all of East Tennessee.

Wells Fargo Heels & Wheels Duathlon

The Wells Fargo heels & Wheels Duathlon consists of a 5k run/18k bike/3k run duathlon, a 5k run, and a Fun Walk. Dinner is also provided. The running portion of the course is on a variety of surfaces while the cycling portion is all paved roads. The 1 mile Fun Walk is all paved, completely on campus, and occurs at the same time as the duathlon.

East Tennessee PBS Appraisal Fair with Case Antiques!

When: April 13th from 9am - 3pm
Where: Cherokee Mills, located at 2240 Sutherland Avenue, Knoxville TN 37919
What: Have your treasures or yard sale finds appraised by the regions top appraisers while supporting your PBS member station! All proceeds go to East Tennessee PBS. Each appraised item will be $10. Membership to East Tennessee PBS starts at $30 and is not a requirement to participate in the Appraisal Fair.

The regions top appraisers will be on hand to determine the value of such items as Fine Art, furniture, pottery, silver, folk art, musical instruments, toys, Civil War, autographs, Asian, jewelry, books and more!
