A man already charged with hunting violations is now accused of illegally shooting at a deer.

State wildlife officials arrested 23-year-old Christopher Caughron early Monday morning. A TWRA officer following a trophy buck says he saw Caughron shoot at the deer just off Pellissippi Parkway in West Knox County.

TWRA says Caughron is already facing charges in Blount County for illegally hunting and killing a black bear in September.

If convicted in that case, Caughron could lose his hunting privileges in Tennessee for 10 years.
