Though city is scarred by the events of Nov. 22, 1963, Dallas has evolved into a whole other place. Even so, the sites of that day still reek of history.
Photographer Michael Mulvey recently set out with a set of archival photos of what Dallas looked like 50 years ago to compare those to the reality of today. Besides the physical changes to the cityscape, even the medium has noticeably changed. Black-and-white film photography has been replaced by digital color imagery, the most obvious difference. Experience the before-after experience by scrubbing the handle back and forth to unveil the Dallas of November, 1963.
