Not only is President Obama's popularity taking a dive, he now faces a potential lawsuit from the GOP and House Speaker John Boehner, who, according to a recent USA TODAY story, went on the CNN website to defend his stance stating in an op-ed that the president "has not faithfully executed the law." Boehner listed as examples of abuse of executive power the health care law, energy regulations and foreign policy. But, according to one comedian, those aren't the real reasons Boehner is suing. In reality he's mad that the Affordable Care Act doesn't cover tanning salons. Another says the replacement of tires on a Jeep Grand Cherokee is at the center of the suit.
